Workshops for Responsible Individuals: developing positive cultures in social care

These workshops are for Responsible Individuals from a mix of adult social care providers in Wales, including:

• residential care
• domiciliary care
• supported living services
• any other adult social care settings.

By taking part, you’ll get to: 

• tell us what works, and how it contributes to a positive culture  
• discuss what conditions help positive cultures thrive 
• explore how to measure improvement 
• be a part of shaping positive working cultures in social care across Wales
• help design practical ways to build and measure positive cultures.

We're running this workshop on several dates. You only need to attend one of the workshops.

• 24 November, 9.30am to 11.30am
• 1 December 2pm to 4pm

We’re working with the Rayne Foundation to promote and grow positive cultures across social care.

With their support, we’re working with social care providers across Wales to learn about their experiences of supporting and measuring positive cultures in their organisations.
