The information and awareness resources are designed to give you an overview of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and what it means for the social care sector.
The resources consist of a PowerPoint presentation, animated film and four handouts on key parts of the Act. They were developed by the Institute of Public Care on behalf of the Care Council for Wales, the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales and Welsh Government.
