Our early years and childcare workforce survey is now open, and we want to hear from people working across the sector in Wales.
This is the second year we’re carrying out this survey. What you told us last year has given us a clearer picture of the workforce. This year’s survey will build on that, helping us understand whats' changed, what still needs attention, and what support the workforce may need in the future.
Strategic Research and Insight (SRI) is managing the survey and analysing the findings on our behalf.
Your views matter
If you work in early years and childcare, this is your chance to tell us what's working well, what's difficult, and what would help make the sector a better place to work.
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete. It's completely anonymous – we won’t ask for your name and your responses won’t be linked back to you.
Please help us reach as many people as possible by sharing the survey with practitioners, staff and others working in early years and childcare. The more people who take part, the stronger and more useful the findings will be.
