We’re looking for adult social care providers to take part in a new project to help shape and test approaches which support positive cultures in social care across Wales.

“Earlier this year, around 100 people responded to our call to share their views about positive cultures in social care.
“Thank you to everyone who took part and shared their experiences.
“Your input gave us valuable insights and are now being used as foundations to support this important work.
“For the next stage of our project we’re looking for adult social care providers to help shape and test out new offer.
“The offer needs to be practical and useful for it to make a real difference.
“Everybody has a right to experience and be a part of a positive culture – whether that’s in the workplace, or when accessing care.”
This work will support the second stage of our new programme to help shape and build positive cultures in the workplace.
The testing is designed to help develop learning and evidence from practical and useful techniques to support positive cultures in Wales.
It’s an opportunity for us to work together with providers to safely develop and learn from different practical and useful ways to support positive cultures.
The learning will help us to develop our research, innovation and improvement offer.
We want to make sure this offer reflects the reality of the sector, so we’re looking for a diverse mix of adult social care providers to take part in the programme.
Whether you’re at the start of your journey, or already have well-established positive cultures practices in place, your input will make a difference.
