This session will focus on mental health in the care workforce. You’ll explore your rights around stress at work and learn the differences between stress, anxiety, and burnout. Together, we’ll share practical ideas to support staff well-being while continuing to provide high-quality care.

Men's mental health

Research shows that men are statistically less likely to seek mental health support, which can lead to delay in support.
