A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the conviction of eight counts of fraud proved against Lisa Hoskins, a registered Social Worker.
The Panel found Ms Hoskin’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means Ms Hoskin’s has been removed from the Social Care Wales Register.
Ms Hoskins has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
