A Fitness to Practise Panel that sat on 27 September 2021 has found allegations all proved against Faye Carter, an adult care home manager.
The Panel found Faye Carter’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she can no longer work in a regulated social care role in Wales.
Faye Carter has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
