Summary of allegations

Ms Carter was found guilty upon her own confession at Chester Magistrates Court, that on 05 December 2020 she used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a victim which is alleged was motivated by hostility towards persons of a particular sexual orientation.

The Registered Person was found guilty of assaulting Victim 2 by beating her.

The Registered Person was found guilty of assaulting a police officer in the exercise of his functions.
