A Fitness to Practise Panel has found the conviction for Rape, contrary to section 1 (1) Sexual Offences Act 2003, proved against Jake Evans Hodgson, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Jake Evans Hodgson’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Jake Evans Hodgson’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed.
Jake Evans Hodgson has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
