A Fitness to Practise Panel has found serious safeguarding concerns and convictions of multiple counts of engaging in sexual offences involving children, proved against John Stuart Jones, a domiciliary care worker.

The Panel found Mr. Jones current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he can no longer work in a regulated care role in Wales and his name will be taken off the register and placed on the list of persons removed.

Mr Jones has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
