A Fitness to Practise Panel that sat on 3 - 4 August 2021 has found allegations of serious misconduct such as conducting an inappropriate relationship with a young person proved against Kayleigh Elkins, a registered residential child care worker.
The Panel found Kayleigh Elkins current Fitness to Practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she cannot work as a registered child care worker in Wales.
Ms Elkins has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
