A Fitness to Practise Panel that sat on 23 November 2021 has found the allegation that on 5 May 2020, Luke Foster a residential child care worker, was found to be smoking Cannabis, a Class B drug whilst on a sleep in duty proved.
The Panel found Luke Foster’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he can no longer work in any regulated social care role in Wales.
Luke Foster has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
