A Conditional Registration Order was placed on Melanie Swindley’s registration last year and this Fitness to Practise Panel was held to review it.
The Panel found Melanie Swindley’s fitness to practise was still impaired as she had not complied fully with the conditions set by the previous panel. They imposed a removal order which means that she cannot work in a registered care role in Wales.
Melanie Swindley has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
