A Fitness to Practise Panel that sat on 1-3 September has found allegations of sending inappropriate messages on the Kik Messenger Application proved against Thomas Burgoyne, a registered Residential Child Care Manager.
The Panel found Thomas Burgoyne’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will not be able to work in Wales in a regulated social care role.
Thomas Burgoyne has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
A copy of the panel’s full reasons are available on request.
