Join our new place-based care community

We’re launching a new community for people interested in place-based care.

A place-based approach means working with people who provide support in an area to address the unique needs of the people there.

We’ll give members access to an online platform to share their ideas, while we’ll also put on a series of events on topics that matter to the community.

Why should you join the community?

It’s free, and open to anyone in Wales who uses or is interested in using place-based approaches to care and support.
You can use our online platform to share your knowledge, ideas, events and resources with other people.
We’ll hold regular events for our community members, where we’ll focus on what we can learn from each other and how we can put our learning into practice.

Join our first learning event!

We'll hear from Swansea Council's direct payments support team about their Recruit Local campaign at the first event in our Exploration Series.

The team members will discuss their experience of working together to make connections between personal assistants and those looking for support.
