Tell us how the pandemic has affected your health and well-being

| Social Care Wales

We want to hear from social workers and social care workers about how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected your health and well-being.

Let us know about your working life and how you’ve been coping by filling out a short survey that’s being run by Ulster University with our support.

By completing the survey you’re helping researchers gain a clearer picture about the impact the pandemic has had on the health and social care workforce.

What the research has revealed so far

This is the sixth survey in a series, which has been looking at the health and social care workforce’s experiences at various points since the start of the pandemic.

The recently published results of the fifth survey reveal that the workforce is still struggling with the changes brought about by the pandemic.

The survey shows that although Wales reports the highest quality of working life among the UK nations, quality of working life and well-being has continued to deteriorate in the sector.

How to take part

You can take part in the survey here. It shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to complete and your responses are completely anonymous.

The survey is open until 13 January.
