A Fitness to Practise Panel has found a conviction for attempting to supply cannabis and failing to promptly inform her employer of her arrest and ongoing police investigation proved against Jane Alana Williams, a registered residential child care worker.

The Panel found Ms Williams current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she can no longer work in any regulated social care role in Wales. Jane Alan Williams name will be taken off the register and placed on the List of Persons Removed

Jane Alana Williams has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
