Decision summary

A Fitness to Practise Panel has found an allegation of serious safeguarding concerns, including leaving a user of care and support unattended and unsupported in a car for 2 hours, proved against Mr Hill-Dunt, a registered domiciliary care worker.

The Panel found Mr Hill-Dunt’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means he will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Mr Hill-Dunt’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.

Mr Hill-Dunt has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
