A Fitness to Practise Panel has found an allegation of serious safeguarding concerns proved against Ms Lisa Marie Derry, a registered domiciliary care worker.
The Panel found Ms Derry’s current fitness to practise was impaired and imposed a Removal Order which means she will be unable to work in a regulated social care role in Wales. Ms Derry’s name will be taken off the Register and placed on the List of Persons Removed from the Register.
Ms Derry has the right of appeal to the Care Standards Tribunal within 28 days.
