It is alleged that Rejubi Achu was dishonest during job interviews and was not honest with managers and employers.
It is also alleged that she didn’t tell employers about concerns from previous employers regarding her conduct and that she didn’t disclose that she’d been referred to Social Care Wales’ fitness to practise team on two separate occasions and had received a formal warning.
Rejubi Achu is also accused of failing to record casework properly and of not conducting required visits to users of care and support.
