Who this event is for

This session is for social workers with a good understanding of strengths-based practice.

What we’ll cover

In this session, we’ll cover:

  • Barry Mason’s (Un)Safe / (Un)Certainty quadrant and how services, families and our own worries can push us away from curiosity
  • the inner supervisor: reflecting on our personal, professional and organisational perspectives
  • the importance of recording decision-making
  • using strengths-based risk assessments to guide conversation
  • using AI to support our practice.

Imogen Blood will lead this session. Imogen has 20 years’ experience running training on strengths-based practice and positive risk management.
