| Social Care Wales

The Welsh Government has provided additional funding to help students who are currently completing their second and third year social work undergraduate and postgraduate courses with the rising cost of living.

The extra funding means full-time undergraduate students who started their social work degree studies during the academic year 2021 to 2022 or earlier will now receive £3,750 a year for each remaining year of their studies.

Postgraduate students who started their social work master’s studies in the academic year 2021 to 2022 or earlier will now receive £12,715 for the remaining year of their studies.
