ICF Consulting Services has produced an independent evaluation of national training programme for the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014. The bilingual report looks at how the training was delivered and the impact the programme had on the knowledge and skills of staff in the social care, health and voluntary sectors.
The evaluation examines the two-year programme’s second year and looks at:
· the readiness and confidence of the workforce to practice in line with the Act
· the quality of the learning materials and the training provided
· how well the programme was run
· its value for money.
