She’s not someone who talks a lot, so you need to know her to know what she’s going to like and know what she will do.
With me, I’ve built that relationship with her for the last two and a half years, where I feel like I know her.
I know and can anticipate how she is going to be and what she is going to do and I can pre-empt things.
Personally, I think the most rewarding part is making a difference and seeing her go out and see her make friends.
Seeing her act as some kind of role model then to the other kids is something that I think is really good.
Being able to see her grow and from when she came two and half years ago to now and being able to see her transition and grow up is really rewarding.
