0:20 and even down to financial help as well.
0:23 Around 50% of our workforce have taken up
0:26 the services we offer, so we're really proud
0:29 that this support has been welcomed
0:32 and actually utilised by our workforce.
0:35 We're really excited about how the project has expanded.
0:39 We didn't anticipate how quick it would gather momentum.
0:43 So one of our major developments has been around
0:46 service redesign and our team leaders have
0:49 become our mental health champions out in the community.
0:53 The project could work across all of Wales.
0:56 This is something that can have immense benefits to all concerned.
1:01 Here at Seren, we've done the hard work,

1:08 We are leaders, not followers.
1:11 So as a user of the well-being service,
1:13 I’ve accessed the mental health side, as well as the physical side.
1:17 So I've had CBT therapy, which has been really beneficial.
1:21 It's enabled me to continue with work, be flexible about
1:24 when I want to do those sessions.
1:27 We were given 10 sessions to start with,
1:29 so I've used 10 sessions with a trained counsellor.
1:33 So being able to access this myself has really given me
1:36 a positive outlook on life.
1:38 When difficult times have perhaps come about.
