Workshop for managers: understanding ADHD in the early years

This session will help you to create an inclusive environment that meets the needs of children with emerging neurodivergence and neurodivergent workers.

You’ll need to complete an Understanding ADHD e-learning module with Neurodivergence Wales before attending this course. We’ll share details of the module once you’ve signed up for this session.

This workshop is for managers, assessors and tutors, as well as students who are studying management qualifications.

In this session, you’ll 

• learn what ADHD is 
• recognise the strengths of workers with ADHD in early years settings
• learn practical strategies for supporting workers with ADHD and neurodivergent workers
• learn about inclusive policies to support recruitment, retention and support for workers
• discover new resources and share your experiences with other managers.
