We're looking for a Director of Transformation & Workforce Development to join our Executive Team, to provide strategic leadership to our workforce development, service improvement, research, data and innovation activities.
With a Wales-wide reach, Social Care Wales plays a crucial role in providing leadership and expertise in social care and early years services, working closely with partners and stakeholders to align with Welsh Government policies.
This role is a key opportunity to improve and develop the support available to social work, social care, early years and childcare services in Wales, and to ultimately improve care and support for individuals in Wales.
