Introduction
There is a wide range of information and resources available to managers to support the implementation of the All Wales Induction Framework (AWIF) for health and social care. As well as the guidance for managers and employers, guidance for workers, progress logs and workbooks that we have made available, Health and Care Learning Wales have developed a suite of learning resources for the Core qualification that aligns with the content of the AWIF.
We have also developed fact sheets for legislation, professional boundaries and positive approaches to reduce restrictive practices in social care.
